Dockside Web Solutions, LLC ("Dockside Web Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides information about our website development services and a way to contact us.
2) Eligibility
The Site is intended for users age 13 and older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
3) Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, attempt to access non-public areas or systems, or use automated means to access the Site in a way that degrades performance.

The Site does not allow public posting or user-generated content (such as comments, reviews, or uploads). Content on the Site is provided and maintained by Dockside Web Solutions.
6) No Client Relationship; Separate Service Agreement
Browsing the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services. Any professional services we provide (including scope, timelines, payments, refunds, intellectual property, and deliverables) are governed by a separate written service agreement between Dockside Web Solutions and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
8) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may incorporate or link to third-party services (for example, Netlify for hosting and form handling and Google Maps embeds). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or availability.
Note: We use Netlify for website hosting and contact form processing. Netlify's terms of service can be found at netlify.com/legal/terms-of-use.
9) Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockside Web Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
